Closure

Dear Indiana Foot & Ankle Specialist Patients,

I regret to inform you that after twenty-one years serving the city of Muncie, I will be closing my practice on July 11, 2025. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve the community that I grew up in, seeing patients that were former teachers, coaches, and friends, as well as the new faces of those in the town I call home. I will sincerely miss each and every one of you, but it was time to close this chapter and move on to the next. 

I have accepted a position at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Indiana beginning September 1, 2025. Any patients who wish to follow me to Greensburg, I would be honored to continue to be your choice of podiatrist.

If you wish to transfer your care to another podiatrist, listed below are three of my colleagues in the area that I recommend for your continued care.

If you would like a copy of your medical records for future use, you can pick this up in the office for a $40 copy fee. 

Again, thank you for letting me help you put your best foot forward for the last twenty-one years.
